Vacuum metallization
This technology allows you to give a mirror surface of glass of any shape. The mirror can be given any shade with different color saturation. The process itself consists of coating the glass surface with metal molecules in a vacuum in a magnetron installation. Various metals are used for this purpose. It can be bright aluminum, which is used when you need to give a rich bright color, or it can be inert titanium or stainless steel, to give a more solid, not saturated or dark tones, such as black gold. Metallization gives the product a rich and representative appearance and sets it apart from the general mass with a unique shine.
Also, this technology is well combined with screen printing, which allows you to print any inscriptions and drawings on top of the mirror. This makes the final product even more attractive to any of the buyer. This technology is focused on premium products and gives the status of an expensive product.
